This is a beautifully layered lacey bottom skirt made of cotton knit fabric.  It is perfect to layer under any tunic or dress to extend the length and add interest to any outfit.  We would recommend layering it under the Fruitful Endeavors Tank dress Vintage Floral.  The piece is a lovely charcoal grey color the works well with so many colors. The 1.5" wide elastic waistband, measures 30" unstretched and stretches to approximately 50".   Length is approx.  31.5"
